Reviews from what a pet actually did.
DubbPets creates hands-on review content for pet owners: chews, treats, toys, beds, walk gear and cat gear for dogs and cats, reported from what a pet actually did with the product.
- What it is
- DubbPets is a product-review channel for dogs and cats: chews, treats, toys, beds, walk gear such as leashes and harnesses, and cat gear such as litter and scratchers. Each review reports what happened when a pet used the product: whether it was used, how long it lasted, what is in it, how much mess it made and what it costs.
- Who it is for
- It is made for pet owners deciding what to buy, who want to know if a pet actually used the thing, how long it lasted, what is in it, how messy it is and what it costs.
- Who runs it
- DubbPets is operated by Justin Willhite and is one of the review channels in the CommQuest network, alongside CommQuest, JDubb (jdubbreviews.com), Dubb Outdoors (dubboutdoors.com), DubbEDC (dubbedc.com) and DubbSupps (dubbsupps.com). Each channel has its own site and its own videos.

The pet test
Justin uses each product with a pet and reports what happened. The channel does not run lab tests. Each review records:
- Which pet tested it. The review says whether it was a dog or a cat, the size of the pet, and its chewing or play style, because a toy one pet destroys in a minute may last months with another.
- How long it was used. We say how long the pet used it and over how many days, not just the first few minutes.
- Whether it held up. Torn, chewed through, flattened, cracked or still fine. We describe what we saw.
- Ingredients. For food and treats, the ingredient list as printed on the package, so you can check it against what your own pet needs.
- Cleanup. Crumbs, drool, stains, litter tracking, and whether it can be washed.
- Price. What it cost and whether that seems fair next to the alternatives.
Not veterinary advice. Check with your vet before changing a pet’s diet, and for allergies or health issues. One pet’s reaction to a product is one observation, not a health or safety claim.
